Personal

Hello, my name is Roberto J. Lopez-Vega, I was born and raised in Southern California (Los Angeles) and moved to beautiful Denver Colorado in 2011. I have two wonderful children: a 10-year-old and a two-year-old. Both are adorable but challenging in their ways (I wouldn’t have it any other way). We are still adjusting to the winter seasons, but when it is not snowing, my family and I like to enjoy water-related sports and activities. Colorado is a beautiful state, and I hope to advance my professional career here where I can also enjoy all the amenities Colorado has to offer.

Education

I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology, in 2011. In 2013, I received my Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. I am presently pursuing my PsyD degree from California Southern University.

Experience

My professional background primarily consists of over seven years working with adolescents in various settings such as drug and alcohol non-profit organizations, Colorado Division of Youth Corrections and Denver Public Schools. All settings have involved working with families of multiple backgrounds thus I am well experienced in supporting individuals from different walks life.
