The CSC provides strategic direction in support of the school’s mission and vision as stated in the School Improvement Plan (SIP) designed by the CSC. KCAA’s CSC is a site-based management team made up of the principal, teachers, parents, student(s), one classified employee and one community representative. The CSC is proactive, anticipating needs and creating solutions.
